Living Nuts Raw & Wicked Salmon Almond Chili
1 package Living Nutz Wicked Almond Chili
1 c fresh carrot pulp
1 lemon, juice and pulp
¼-½ c water
½ tsp Herbamare
½ T thyme (fresh, if possible; if using dried herb, use 1 tsp)
1 tsp marjoram (fresh, if possible; if using dried herb, use a pinch)
Mix everything together in a food processor or Vitamix type of blender. Pour the water slowly for ease of blending.
Serve in a bowl or on a platter or in a green leaf wrap.
This is a hearty and satisfying dish, exploding with flavor.
