The nutritional benefits of pecans are seemingly endless! Pecans feature a profile of monounsaturated fats, including oleic acid, alongside plant-based phenolic antioxidants. They also deliver a broad spectrum of minerals and vitamins, containing manganese, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium. You can feel great knowing that you're providing your body with wonderful nutrients with every delicious bite.
All our sprouted nuts/seeds are soaked in water from a pristine, naturally alkaline deep well in Maine (not city water!).
We choose gentle dehydration over traditional high-heat roasting to actively protect the natural oils in our nuts from going rancid. Because delicate polyunsaturated fats can be sensitive to intense heat, our low-temperature drying process ensures that these beneficial, healthy fats remain completely intact and beautifully preserved.
