Our Kenyan Sprouted Macadamia Nut Butter offers a smooth, creamy and buttery experience that is both satiating and filling. It can be used as a base for making creamy nut milks or as a wonderful addition to smoothies. The taste is incredible on vegetables, fruit, or anything your heart desires.
Due to the high oil content, Macadamia Nut Butter Holds a different consistency than our other nut butters.
Sprouted nuts and seeds are easier to digest. Sprouting reduces phytic acid, which inhibits the absorption of vital minerals. We dehydrate at low temperatures to preserve the healthy fats (as opposed to roasting, which may alter or damage the healthy fats in the nuts and cause oxidation, which leads to rancidity).
Why Stone Ground?
As opposed to ordinary steel grinding, stone grinding releases the nut's natural oil slowly and more uniformly so a smoother and creamier product is achieved, without adding additional oil! In addition, low heat with this method preserves the vitamins and increases quality and product life. Plus, the depth of flavor is unparalleled!

I purchase the 56 oz jar regularly because I put this stuff on almost everything. I freeze it until it has the texture of fudge, then I pair it with all kinds of fruit. It has a mild flavor and a wonderfully creamy texture. Plus, they process and ship quickly, and I appreciate that it comes in a glass jar vs plastic (no BPA or PFAs to worry about).
When I tasted this, my soul was thrown into orbit. Quality product.
