Chocolate Orange Smoothie Recipe
The Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen banana
- handful of frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla powder
- A little sweetener of your choice (optional)
The Extra’s (try your own)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- handful of cashews( pre-soaked is best)
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds or chia seeds
- a few slices of avocado
